Fieldmouse Studio is the former home of many generations of fieldmice…now home to the art studio and horse farm of artist/designer M.C. Churchill-Nash.
At the Museum
The Studio — where I paint, make jewelry, and watch my horses thru the upstairs windows. It was an old two-story shop behind my house that we remodeled for an office and working art studio. My specialty is animal and human portraiture.
The Farm — well, three small pastures and a barn. Where my lovely Morgan dressage mare and her stablemate, a cute little miniature, live. Oddly, both are buckskins.
The House — where I live with my husband and two inside cats, and the inside/outside dog. And sometimes my college student son.
The Great Outdoors — a koi pond with a bunch of fish, all sorts of wild birds including resident crows, a hawk, and occasionally buzzards(?). And once a lost racing pigeon.
